In April of 2008, we hired Alex Mathes to convert our finished basement into office space. We realized that this was not an easy task, but with Alex’s guidance we were able to design a floor plan that maximized space and created a beautiful and very functional office space.

Wooden Deck Rebuild (2024)
We contacted Landshape after seeing their sign at a home in our neighbourhood where they had built a wooden deck at the front door. Alex provided us with a quote to redo the wooden deck in our back yard. They did an excellent job working within the original frame, replacing any beams that needed to be replaced and reinforcing the others, reframing the top and replacing the top and side boards, as well as installing new aluminium railings. We were very impressed with the quality of the work, as well as the workers themselves. They arrived early each morning and worked hard throughout the day. We were consulted at every stage to make sure we were in agreement with any necessary changes, as well as the additional cost over the quote due to the condition of some of the original framework when the top boards were removed. We would definitely recommend Landshape for any similar work.
